2026-2027 ASSU Executive Election Nominations
The ASSU Executive represents the academic concerns for over 28,000 full-time Arts & Science students on the St. George campus. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to – holding weekly office hours, attending Executive meetings every few weeks, reporting at ASSU Council Meetings, sitting on various ASSU committees, representing ASSU at Faculty meetings, working with and helping Course Unions, working on ASSU projects and any other academic concerns affecting A&S students that might come up during the year.

Reading Week Closure

ASSUxCSSU AI Roundtable
As AI has become increasingly prominent in the university environment, so have students’ feelings on the matter; come and share yours at the ASSUxCSSU AI Roundtable! This event will feature a panel of professors engaged in AI and pedagogical research—including Professor Susan McCahan, head of the U of T AI Task Force and the Provostial Advisor on Artificial Intelligence, and CS Professor Karen Reid, whose work focuses on the development of classroom-oriented tools.
